Where are CAPiTA snowboards manufactured?
All CAPiTA snowboards are handcrafted in Austria at our own zero-emission manufacturing facility, The Mothership, using 100% clean energy.
How do I determine the correct board size for my riding style?
Size selection depends on your weight, boot size, and preferred terrain. Generally, park riders prefer shorter boards for maneuverability, while freeriders opt for longer boards for stability and float.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We accept returns on unused equipment in its original plastic wrap within 30 days of purchase. Please note that mounted boards are considered used and are not eligible for return.
Do CAPiTA snowboards come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase when bought through an authorized dealer.
How long does shipping take for new board releases?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. During peak season or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly due to high volume.
Do I need to wax my new board before the first ride?
Every CAPiTA board comes with a factory wax, but for optimal performance and protection, we recommend applying a fresh coat of temperature-specific wax before your first day on the mountain.
