Returns & Exchanges

At CAPiTA Snowboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, original-condition products. Please note that boards must be in their original factory shrink-wrap to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your snowboard or gear in its original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and factory packaging remains intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
